Confirm the panel substrate, thickness, surface finish and edge treatment for each cabinet component. Ask for the applicable material data sheets and emission or moisture-performance documentation for your project.
Specify hinge type and opening angle, drawer runner configuration, storage accessories and handle requirements. Brand, model, load ratings and compatibility must be agreed in the final specification.
Agree the cabinet construction, edge finishing, door and drawer alignment, surface acceptance criteria, assembly method and packaging requirements. Any required test methods or standards should be stated in the order documents.
